I had coins stored at www.rarepepewallet.com when it went down. How do I transfer that wallet into counterparty?
What do you mean “went down”? I can reach the page. As this is a counterwallet too then your password should work on counterwallet.io too and you should see the same coins. (All is stored on the bitcoin blockchain)
I ment rarepepewallet and counterwallet are different servers but the same blockchain. So you can login to either one with your password and see the same adresses and coin amount.
