I created a wallet on counterwallet and once i am done I saved the phrases and the custom URL, and after I logged in it gave me an address. I sent BTC to this address. I logged in again and the address is changed and now I have a new address!!! WTF!!!
I created several new address in hope of finding my previous address but no luck!! How can I resolve this issue I need my BTC ASAP as I wan to join an ICO that will end today. Please help.
This is so inconvenient and this issue need to be resolved.
