Migrating a security to counterparty

I want to ask how a migration can be done best. For example, a security on cryptostocks.com should be migrated. It’s hard to get all shareholder found out so the list is incomplete. Most shares have known owners but still many shareholders are unknown.

Which means we would need to start without knowing all shareholders.

Now how to start? We know the bitcoin addresses for a number of shareholders, so this would mean the issuer would send them their shares and keep the shares of unknown for the moment.

Dividends paid out now would only go to some shareholders. Then when new shareholders come to it then he would manually send them the missing dividends together with the shares, right?

Is there a possibility to pay out divs differently, like different divs to certain shareholders?

Is it possible for the issuer to see the bitcoin addresses attached to everyone holding his shares?

Can the issuer spread shares in bulk, so a list where he adds bitcoinaddress, amount shares to send and so on?

At the moment i like counterparty, very easy and intuitive. Though it looks a bit like many things might have to be done manually.

Yes this something my project on counterparty have been working on complimentary systems and usercases for this process that totally possible.

What about using the Coins purchased during a pre-sale to operate the system toward its inception; then it could be considered a Utility token…and save the project $50,000.00 in registration fees all-together? :alien:

Counterparty is where the big boys play! Utility tokens are not looked at as shares. Thats the only catch, many here have professional portfolios they are scaling over.

Ah! That makes complete sense. They want a guarantee of profit in contrast to investing; Utility tokens would only be viable into System with a comprehensive, scalable, Delegated Proof of Identity blockchain system that encompasses currency, business-to-business, business-to-consumer, and consumer-to-consumer transactions : Banking, Investment Management, Smart Contracts, Stock/Commodity/Currency Exchanges, Legislative Systems, Inventory Control & Asset Management–built for Enterprise-level solutions.

Something that has practical application in its use cases & integrations for Accounting / Contract / Payment processing systems (fiat gateways, ERP, CRM), perhaps a Delegated Proof-of-Stake consensus algorithm for a high performance, business-oriented system that processes a high rate of transactions per second.

In addition to a standard delegated PoS system [a single node server as a delegate], one with a primary delegate node that runs 24/7 using tools like AWS Lambda, Azure Functions, Google Cloud Functions, and Apache OpenWhisk functions to expand its ability to process transactions–thus adding functionality in the transaction confirmation process.

I can see why one would not invest into a Token only defined by it’s expectation of profit and a mere registration with the SEC, lol. Luckily there are professionals purveying the inception of a hybrid system for that reason.

And this is where our World Credit System comes into complimentary unison with Counterparty and the new P2P economics.
