No. When you first signed up for counterwallet there was a big warning indicator in red which told you that if you lost this passphrase that the funds would be lost forever… and you had to click a checkbox indicating that you acknowledged this before you were allowed to proceed and login to the wallet. That still holds true. The only way to access your funds is with that 12-word passphrase (or with the private key if you happened to write it down)
