Hi all, for educational purposes I want to create my own ICO based on counterparty in my bitcoin testnet . Is it even possible ? Can I use master branch for it or evmparty would be better (I am not sure it properly worked)?
You can register an asset name like ‘MYPROJECT’ on Counterparty and issue ‘MYPROJECT’ tokens which you can then use for whatever purposes you would like, including selling tokens to users in an ICO.
You do not need to run a federated node in order to use Counterparty, you simply need to register an asset and then use any of the counterparty-compatible wallets listed at https://counterparty.io/wallets/
