When you first created a wallet on counterwallet.io or on any counterparty wallet, you were given a 12-word passphrase and explicit instructions that told you you HAD to write down the 12-word passphrase and keep it safe or your funds would be lost.
Hopefully you have written down your 12-word passphrase somewhere like instructed when you created your wallet, or most likely all funds in the wallet are lost.
