I have a bitcoin wallet from counterparty. I need XCP

Go to an exchange like poloniex.com send btc there with low fee should work 0.0001 btc/kb
Then exchange btc for xcp at poloniex. Then send xcp back to counterwallet (high fee, cannot adjust).
