Cant send funds out of CP

Have 0.00275925 BTC in cp wallet.
Try to send .002 and set low priority fee. (.0002?) meaning I have enough funds with a bit still left in cp.
Before hitting send at bottom says After sending, you will have 0.00055925 BTC remaining at this address.

After hitting send get message
Insufficient BTC at address xxxxxxx. (Need approximately 0.00259454 BTC.).

What da fuq?
