Maybe before your quick link pointed at countewallet.io and later (since the sub-domain was added) it doesn’t work on wallet.counterwallet.io?
In that case you’d just add “wallet” in front of “counterwallet.io” URL from before.
But you need to have your 12-word pass phrase backed up in a safe place, just in case.
If you’ve already lost it, then better write down your wallet addresses and their corresponding private keys as soon as you login with Quick Password. Neither your Quick Password nor the 12 word pass phrase are known to anybody else, so if you lose them there’s no “workaround” to recover them.
