Hi there,
I just created a Counterwallet via https://wallet.counterwallet.io and tried to log in. Unfortunately, logging in won’t work as the blue loading-bar keeps moving forever, nothing happens, though.
I tried several browsers and I do not have any real time protection or security tools running on my computer/browser at this very moment.
I then downloaded Freewallet.io on my iPhone and could easily create and log in to another wallet. Trying to log in to that new wallet I created on my iPhone and accessing it via my desktop/browser gives me the same result I get when I tried to log in to my first counterwallet. I just can’t get in. 
Please help!
